Jai Mirchandani
Jai is Founder, CIO and Portfolio Manager of ELM Responsible Investments, with experience across investment management, fund operations and financial markets. He previously spent nine years at JCP Investment Partners and holds degrees from the University of Melbourne and London School of Economics.

Peter Morris
Peter is an Investment Manager at ELM Responsible Investments, with more than 11 years’ experience in investment advice and portfolio construction. He was previously a Senior Analyst at JBWere and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
